I have learned a lot in this class; such as how to treat upset costomers. I learned not to lash back at them. Also that technical writing is more important than ever. I also learned diffrent ways to handle stress and how to minimize it. That is the what I found most interesting in this class.

i learned a lot about responding to ppl instead of reacting. a lot of the lessons in this class dont just go 4 help desk and customer service reps but everyday life... i have become a better listener and how 2 control my temper and be less stressful... and my mom thought i needed 2 c a shrink... ;) that was a joke...but yeah, i really enjoyed this class!!!
